Service Description
For parties and events that don't have a pool, and don't want to rent a public pool, we have two portable pools that we bring to your location. We set them up, you provide the water, and everything is pretty much play from there! Two pools to choose from, or rent them both! And they come standard with a mermaid and fun games! We offer a sturdy 9'3"x6'.5"x33"/937 gallon rectangular, and a cute 300 gallon circular pool. These pools are great for small gatherings for children who are not great swimmers yet. They are shallow and perfect for spending some up close time wading around with a mermaid friend. There are upgrades available to turn your little guppies into mermaids themselves! We provide tail rentals for multiple sizes and ages and it's a great way to introduce the mermaid dreamer to getting comfortable in a monofin and tail! So, just because you don't have a pool doesn't mean you have to miss out on getting to swim with a mermaid. We are here to make dreams come true!
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $50 for birthday parties/meet and greets and $250 for festivals and corporate events is required to secure your date. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received and the contract is signed. For birthday parties and small events, the balance is due 7 days prior to the event. For large scale-scale events and multi-day tours, the balance is due in full 14 days prior. If booking for a tank or portable pool event, the booking client must provide photos and/or video of the access path and setup area for logistics approval before the contract is signed. The booking client is responsible for making sure that the event space to be setup on is capable of supporting the requirements of the package you are booking. Important package details can be found "Equipment Details" Section in the drop down menu. Leviathan Sirens will not be held liable for any damage to the property caused by the event space's inadequate capabilities of supporting our equipment. By booking, the client affirms that the staging are has been cleared for all equipment requirements. Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours before the day of the event. Because we prepare for events weeks and sometimes months in advance, full refunds will only be honored 3 weeks prior to the event, minus the security deposit. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks in advance will incur a 50% supply charge to the refund, not including the deposit. Canceling 72 or less hours prior to the event is a forfeit of an monies paid towards event. Weather, Acts of God or equipment failure that renders it impossible for Leviathan Sirens to perform, a full refund or a priority reschedule date.
