Service Description
Looking to throw a party, but aren't in the market for mermaids, and don't have the right stuff? Or are you booking a mermaid party or event and need some add-ons? This is the place to do it! If booking to add-on to an already booked event, be sure to note in the address line that you are adding onto a party under the name it was booked under. We will reach out to confirm. Customers that are renting our gear for your own event, and not booking a mermaid experience: Rental gear will be delivered and set up by us, according to the time you need gear set up by. Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. A credit/Debit card must be kept on file . Extra Insurance for rental may be purchased at the cost of $68, which protects the renting party from extra fees if the equipment is damaged in any way. If rental insurance is not purchased and damage incurs, the full replacement cost of the damaged equipment will be charged to the renter's payment method. A full list of terms and conditions will be listed on the contract that will need to be signed before payment is made. Equipment Info: 10'6x10'x7' Bounce house. Max weight of 308lbs/individual weight of 77lbs. For children 3+ years. Will be accompanied by our safety attendant to ensure the safety of the children. Will need to be tied down by stakes. A grassy area is necessary or indoor space with tie down access. Requires a 120V outlet for blower. 6' Mermaid Tail Sprinkler. Requires 1 garden hose. 23'Wx39.4'Lx14.8'H Air Tent. Spacious to hold 80-100 people and has roll up doors and hooks for party lights. Or rent our party lights! Requires grass for stakes or poles for tie downs. Requires a 120V outlet for blower. 5'x4' Mermaid Ball Pit. All it needs is air, and we will take care of that! 9'3"x6'5"x33"deep 937 gallon rectangular Portable Pool. Very sturdy vinyl pool. We will set up, you fill with water. Needs a grassy surface or doubled tarp to set up on, free of rocks and rough terrain. 71" diameter, 370 gallon circular Portable Pool. We set it up, you provide the water. Needs a grassy surface or doubled tarp to set up on, free of rocks and rough terrain. 8'.2"x8'.2"8'.2" Inflatable Photo Booth w/ lights. Requires 2-120V outlets for blower and light and grassy area for stakes or poles for tie downs. Instant Print (3"x4" Color Photos)Touch Screen Photo Printer Machine. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $50 for birthday parties/meet and greets and $250 for festivals and corporate events is required to secure your date. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received and the contract is signed. For birthday parties and small events, the balance is due 7 days prior to the event. For large scale-scale events and multi-day tours, the balance is due in full 14 days prior. If booking for a tank or portable pool event, the booking client must provide photos and/or video of the access path and setup area for logistics approval before the contract is signed. The booking client is responsible for making sure that the event space to be setup on is capable of supporting the requirements of the package you are booking. Important package details can be found "Equipment Details" Section in the drop down menu. Leviathan Sirens will not be held liable for any damage to the property caused by the event space's inadequate capabilities of supporting our equipment. By booking, the client affirms that the staging are has been cleared for all equipment requirements. Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours before the day of the event. Because we prepare for events weeks and sometimes months in advance, full refunds will only be honored 3 weeks prior to the event, minus the security deposit. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks in advance will incur a 50% supply charge to the refund, not including the deposit. Canceling 72 or less hours prior to the event is a forfeit of an monies paid towards event. Weather, Acts of God or equipment failure that renders it impossible for Leviathan Sirens to perform, a full refund or a priority reschedule date.
